1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging for us to process your request.
- Incorrect Items:
- If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
- Unopened and Sealed Products:
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the seals intact. Opened, partially consumed, or tampered items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Late Deliveries:
- Refunds for delayed deliveries are assessed on a case-by-case basis, especially for international orders that may face customs delays.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products purchased on clearance or promotional sales.
- Items returned after the 7-day return window has elapsed.
- Alcoholic beverages with opened seals or tampered packaging.
- Failure to provide adequate proof of damage or incorrect delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@premuimliquor.com with the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number].” Provide your order details, reason for the return, and include photographic evidence if applicable.
- Await Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.
- Ship the Product: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return authorization.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued under the following terms:
- Refund Approval: Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected to ensure compliance with our policy.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the product is not returned in its original condition or missing packaging elements.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect products), we will cover return shipping costs.
- Customer Preference: If you return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.
6. International Orders
- Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their country. Refunds will not be issued for products delayed or held by customs.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: For international orders, photographic evidence is required before a return or refund can be approved.
7. Cancellations

- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return instead, following the guidelines above.
8. Refunds for Late Deliveries
- Domestic Orders (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia): Refunds for late deliveries will be considered if delays exceed 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery time.
- International Orders: Refunds are subject to delays caused by customs and logistics, which are beyond our control.
9. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to the recipient:
- A gift credit will be issued upon return approval, redeemable for future purchases.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
